Love & affection which he hath borne unto the above named Joseph Holloway, my Brother that given, granted and for ever quit claim and by these presents doth give & convey for ever been given, both for my own & for my heirs Executors Administrators etc of right for ever the right title power an interest that i might have to my said Brother Joseph Holloway proportional part of his deceased Father which was my Cousin unto my my deceased Father Joseph Holloway late of Chadstone Province of last will and Testament being dated [illegible] the said house & heritages herein mentioned been by the say that the said land is unbroke, say young and being in charlies Town in the county said title above mentioned s. a’s is governed by my will and that my will be that in the following manner i do give &
