To All People to Whom these Presents Shall come Greeting know that I Thomas Read late of the town of [illegible] and state of Rhode Island ye undersigned do hereby grant bargain and sell by this present indenture money to be held before the [illegible] having paid the sum of [illegible] lawful money of this country in the hand of the said Samuel Dowers and the said agree to warrant and defend the said premises by his acknowledge and over their heirs lawfully coming fully all and singular the said premises and by all right title and appurtenances thereto of every convenience easement ease and privilege the Premise and the said Thomas Read aforesaid agree to warrant by this present indentur and the said Thomas Read and his heirs forever and the said Samuel Dowers and his heirs forever have granted bargained and sold and confirmed unto the said Samuel granted bargained and sold and confirmed unto the said Samuel Premises in their whole and appurtenances thereunto certain part of a
