On sd Land East 30 Degres North to the first Mentioned Bounds & to have and to
hold with all the sd Granted Premises with all the Appurtenances belonging
unto it he heirs and assigns Wife pertaining to him the sd Bradeck Beckham his heirs
and Assigns for Ever to him his heirs Only Proper Use Benefit to himself for Ever
And the sd Daniel Johnson for my pf life however Entitled Administrator
