Hereof That I am the True Sole and Lawful Owner of all the before Described property
and am law fully Seized and possessed of the same in my own right as of aged Temp.
And in life estate State of Inheritance in Fee Simple leaving in my self good right
Full power and Lawful and useful Authority to Sell and Dispose of the same in like manner
as aforesaid And that the said Gardner Linson his Heirs and Assigns shall always and
From Time to Time and at all Times Forever have by the said office and virtue of these
Present s lawfully quietly peaceably & Quietly Have and hold the same before Expressed and Enjoy
all the benefits From the aforesaid Premises together with Timber and Wood and Liberty augmenting to Constructs or Lawful
Sales mines Margins Mills and Water sources further improvements to Constructs or Lawful
Incroachments Whatever and I the said Nathan Kenyon for me my Heirs Owners and Assigns
do Covenant Promise and Engage to Defend the same to him and his Heirs against all the Lawful
Bargained Premises under the said Gardner Linson his Heirs and Assigns against all the Lawful
Claims & Demands of any person persons however however more hereafter this Deed

these presents and successors all his Right of Title and Power promise third and under to the said
