To all People to Whome this present shall come Greeting Knowage that we Roger Ringon of Charlestown [illegible] city, County of Newington and State of Rhode I that I and my Woman and Sarah Poller of sd Charlestown District of William Poller Late of sd Charlestown District HAVE Given and Conveyed to Just Crane Abode there in us made inde and Decreed by our Only Brother by our Father Ringon of Charlestown Contracted in the whole wt we had a right unto as Heirs to our Father Robert Ringon of Dorset the keeper of the church Dues and hereby Acknowledge our Right Title and Claim thereof to be quite and Quietly in sd and the said Roger Ringon & Sarah Poller for our Heirs Tenements & Appurtenances to the holy tenure hereby and for Just Crane Abode there now his Heirs forever and to said Roger and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that right title and Interest Property Claims and Demands which we have or Ought to have in or upon one Our Common Lotter [illegible] acres of Land situate lying and being in Charlestown Above sd Containing Twenty Acres and three Quarter of a part of the Land lately belonging to Our Father Josiah Ringon of sd Charlestown District and is bounded All around Determining by the Bearings made by the Surveying Plot that Our Father a piece sd there Running North Westly Forty Degrees North Westly one Chain and for four links through the Stone’s we run through the Chimney of a bra wall Hence North Forty Six Six Degrees East North East One Chain and six links to the Corner of a wall Hence North Seventy Six half Degrees North East One Chain and six links to the wall ones eighteen Chains and Seventy Six links to a Survey of Stones thence North Easterly Eight Degrees North Easterly until it touches through the Land that was once to Father to the Westward Hence North Easterly Sixty Degrees North Easterly [illegible] Land belonging to the Indians to above sd Stones Hence Seventy Nine Degrees East partly by the Church and then partly by the Church and Thirty Two Chains forty five links to the corner of a wall from thence Running Seventy Six Degrees North Eastly 13 to the Church land to the highway thence Running North Eastly by the highway to the place of Beginning according to a Sketch of the above land 90 made by Simeon Carney Survey dated the 22nd day of the 2nd month aD 1808 Reference thereunto being made more fully appear Above we have agreed to let the said land to Released and up for Our Well thanked promise of sd all the Appurtenances thereto belonging to sign or any Right of [illegible] remaining in the sd Josiah Ringon his Heirs and Assigns to his and others Only Proprietors of Benut and [illegible] by our forever And We the said Roger Ringon & Sarah Poller for our Heirs Cause and Assigns do hereby covenant and agree all the Before Devises and the Premises promised unto the said Just Crane and his Heirs and Assigns forever the Lawful Claims or Demands of any Person or Persons Whatever claiming from by or under us or our former brothers to Warrant Secure and Defend We Witnessed When we have set our hands and seals the third Day of the Sixth Month Of the year One thousand and Eighty two Signed Sealed & Delivd In Presence of Roger Ringon [mark] Sarah Poller Phileg Cross Gideon Burdick
