185 Absolutely Convey and Confirm unto him the said Sedgwick Dingyon his Heirs & Assigns forever One Certain Tract or Parcel of Land situate Lying and being in the Town of Charleston in S.D. Carolina containing by Estimation thirteen Acres of Land Butted and Bounded as Follows Northwesterly on John Dingyons land Southerly on Tobias Aband land & Westerly on the Spruil land.
