174 To all People to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that I Stephen Key of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island Yeoman for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty shillings to me in hand paid by James Fancy of said Town and County my Tenant for the rightful Transport of the same with all the rights liberties and privileges thereunto appertaining Day August twenty the 2nd anno Domini 1784 be he then Governor and Administrator for life and to the prejudice from point Barnstable call out for East Line Charted me by the North to the Liberty of property but the same has been cut down by Posts of Land marking and during 3 1/2 perches containing about 12 acres be the same more or less bounded and abutted as follows beginning at a black Oak having a stump remaining in South line fourth corner vicinity property a Stone through the Cross Stone by the boundary land to draw a Line North on the South side of Road then North to a White Oak on East Line Charted me by the North then to the Mentioned first boundary by the Southern line Therefore and to all the aforesaid Premises with all the fountains and appurtenances thereon or thereunto
