174 To all People to whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that I Stephen Key of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island Yeoman for and in Consideration of the Sum of fifty shillings to me in hand paid by James Farrelly of said Town and County Yeoman the receipt Whereof I acknowledge my self to be with all sufficient Value’d and paid in full and final payment the Day of August Twenty the 2nd anno Domini 1786 have given Conveyed and Administrated for forever to live and to the profit of the person from Benjamin Ball an lot for Ever Lot Number One located in the North part of the property of the said Ball that was then but certain Bound or Perch of Land lying and being in said Town containing about one acre being the same lot as described and Bound as follows Beginning at a stake by a bush standing at the Northwest corner of said Lot then North twenty four feet to a stake then through the Cedar Swamp by the boundary line to a stake West thirty feet then to the South side of Road then North to the stake on the East side of said Road and thence to the first stake Mentioned above by the Southern line Therefore and to all the aforesaid Premises together with all the Rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise with any other thing or any part unto the said James Farrelly his Heirs and Assigns to his Use Benefit and here On to
