469 To all People to whom these Presents shall Come Greeting That I Edward Crandall of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantation Do name for and in consideration of the Sum of Twenty One pounds lawful Money of the said State to be paid by Stephen Stanton of Charlestown aforesaid Merchant the Receipt Whereof is my full satisfaction and Content I do Grant bargain and sell Alien and convey fully and lawfully give and absolutely convey unto the sd Stephen Stanton his Heirs or Assigns for Ever One Certain Lot of land situated lying & being in
