To all People to whom these Presents shall Come Greetings Know ye that I George Austin of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island gentleman for and in consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds current money to me well and truly paid by by Sedwick Hunger of the same Town and State aforesaid Ye Right Honest and [illegible] I do here by convey and transfer and make the fully justified Conveyance and deed of it through and of every Part and Parcel thereof to Sedwick Hunger his heirs executors & Administrators for Ever by these Presents have given granted Bargained and sold Conveyed luggage of [illegible] and conveyance and confirmed by these Presents fully and justly given Bargained fully alien in usurpass convey & confirm unto the sd Sedwick Hunger his heirs and Assigns appurtenances luv A certain tract or piece of Land situate lying being and being in Charlestown of said County containing by Estimation Three acres [illegible] bounded Southerly and Easterly by [illegible] North Now known to be Land of Tobias Saunders and easterly partly in John Rescott's land and partly on John Hunger's land until comes to S. Blackburn's Line To have and to hold the Said Land and Bargained premises with all the Appurtenances to the same belonging unto his wife appurtenances to him the sd Sedwick Hunger his heirs and Assigns forever To his and there Only forever use Benefit and Behoof for uses And I the sd George Austin for my self my heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant promise and grant and agree with
