Or lot Waste Water and bounded it follows with the Beginning at a Stump at the North East Corner from there Running Easterly to a Stake and Stake Boundedly North Eastly on James Southam Land from there Running North Eastly to the High way from there Running Westerly and then North Eastly to the North West Corner Bounded Southerly & Westerly by the High way 16 I do sell and covenant to hold the said ground conveying perps With the Appurtenances and all the Privileges thereunto belonging unto the said J Johnson for his heirs and Assigns to his use and his heirs only agree perps to be Warrant to him and I Ephraim Burdick from my heirs Licensees and Assigns But have her by Covenant and promise and Grant and Lease that said James Johnson shall at all times have the Imputity hereby granted that I am the Son sole and Lawful owner of all the above Described Premises and Bargained premises and am Lawfully seised of Absolute the Same in my own proper Person Absolute seised as a true Perfect and Absolute Title of Substance in his simple and have in my own full good right title here and Lawful Authority to let and Deliver the same in like Manner as aforesaid and that the said James Johnson his heirs and Assigns shall and may be by Virtue of this present Indenture Perpetually peacefully and Quietly have use of reap benefit and Enjoy the same With all the Appurtenances for ever and free and from all other and manner of Register to encumber or Encumbrance of any other former and other Gitts Grants Barains Sale leases Mortgage any other Insurances Whatever however in the More it Occurs Burdick for my signing here Executors and Admin strs of my Body Covenant and Covenants all the above Described Premises unto the said James Johnson his heirs and Assigns for ever Against the Lawful Claims or Demands of any Person or Persons Whatever hereafter to Warrant secure and Defend Agreed aforesaid and for his Lawful Claiming ands Property there in In witness Whereof I the Ephraim Burdick have hereunto setting hand and Seal this 26th Day of October AD 1833 and in the Fourth Year of January Scan Independence Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Augustus Mayson Joseph Mayson Ephraim Burdick (ls) Inne Burdick (ls) mark Recorded this Deed Washington County Westerly October 26th AD 1833 Dec 26 1833 Personally appeared the above Subscriber Ephraim Burdick and by me who have Declared to be the Villain and above to be his Act and Deed hand Regr of Ct & Prob and Seal before Jos Mayson justice pm

463 Bargain sell Alien and fully jointly and Absolutely Convey and confirm unto him the sd Elias Collett and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever One Certain tract or parcel of sd Salt Marsh meadow situate lying and Being in the town of Charlestown in the sd County of Washington Containment by Estimation Seven Acres in the Same more or less Butted and Bounded as Followeth Beginning at a stake stuck in a Small Breach near Where it bounds to Northwards to run of East to a small Hand of Marsh from thence South 49 Degrees West 2 Chains & 57 Links to a stub stuck in the Marsh from thence South East 39 Degrees and a half Off 12 Chains and 26 Links to a large Stake stuck in the sd Marsh from thence West 67 & 39 Degrees North about 39 Chains to a stake stuck in sd Marsh from thence North 64 Degrees East 11 Chains and 83 Link to a stake stuck by the South side of the just Mentioned Breach thence Running with the sd Breach just North East from sd Breach to the just Mentioned Bounds and is Bounded Northwards on Owner [illegible] Salt Marsh Eastwards on Joseph Gavitt’s Salt Marsh Southwards and Westwards in the Town land salt marsh To have and to hold the sd Grand and Bargained premises for the sd with all other Appurtenances from all Incumbrances whatsoever to him sd said Elias Collett his Heirs and Assigns as an absolute Estate in fee simple more in fee Simple for Ever and I the sd Oliver Gavitt for my self my Heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant and Engage to have Defend the said Premises unto him the sd Elias Collett his Heirs and Assigns against the law ful Claims & Demands of any Person or Persons whatsoever for Ever hue suffices to Current Seize and Joyfully Signed and Sealed Margery Gavitt wife to the sd Oliver Gavitt for the consideration Aforesaid’ further’ and willingly gives up and surrender all her right of Dowry and Power of Thirds quaint entail the above Demised premises unto the sd Elias Collett his Heirs and Assigns for Ever In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and Seals this 20th Day of June 1795 Oliver Gavitt (seal) Margery Gavitt (seal) signed Sealed and Delivered by the Presentes Reshiah Gavitt Jos Crandall Recorded this Deed Washington County C.S.
