To all Men to whom these Presents shall Come Setteh Stephen Nye of
Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island
and Providence Plantations yeaman greeting Whereas ye that

Heirs and Assigns against the Lawfull Claims or demands of any
Person or Persons and against all Manner of Incumbrance what

And Sarah Ney—wife of the sd Stephen Ney for and in Consideration
