& bargained Premises with the Objections there none belonging until the said Joseph Clark the heirs & assigns forever to the only true heirs Designees and behalf forever And the said Jonathan Perry for my self my heirs Successors Administer do covenant grant & agree to and with the said Joseph Clark that I before the executing Hereof of this Deed I have the full Lawful & lawful Cause of sale before demised & granted Premises and any Tenements found in my own Right of the premises or of good perfect & absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple having no mossy good of Right full Power and lawful Authority to sell & dispose of the same in Manner as aforesaid And the said Joseph Clark the heirs and Assigns shall have by these presents forever by these and Value of the said Premises have Liberty use enjoy the same with the Appurtenances Taxes and clauses and freely and quietly discharged and relieved of and from all Manner and former Incumbrances Debts Grants Mortgages or any other
