316 clear and fully and clearly, acquitted, exonerated and discharged and of and from, all Manner of former, or other Gifts, Grants, Bargains, Sales, Leases, Mortgage, Writes, debts, covenants, [illegible] Judgments, Executions or Incumbrances whatever, that might obstruct or make void this Judgment most. Furthermore I the sd Timothy Lawton for myself the sd Simon Coutten, respective heirs and successors, do covenant and engage, the above demised premises to him the sd Simon Coutten in quiet possession of his Heirs and Assigns against the lawful Claims or Demands of every Person or Persons whatever, forever, to warrant forever and Defend by these presents. to a Stake and Stone set by said South, from thence running Easterly and Northward the with said South, until it comes to the Indian Lands; thence bounded Northward the with said Indian Land, until it comes to the Land, he gave his Son Robert Champlin, and bounded Easterly with said Robert's Land to the County Road to the bounds of this East part mentioned above and the said road two rods of Land to be given to his son said George Champlin, and to his lawful Heirs forever, provided his said son George shall comply with his Will hereafter mentioned, And in this Will it is his appointment George Champlin shall die without out lawful Issue then and in that Case all the Land he gave in his said Will to his son (the said George) should revert and return back, and be given all the part to his surviving Brothers, and to their Heirs forever, provided which aforesaid Will be proved and approved.) Now know ye That we the said Christopher Champlin, Jo Champlin, Jose Champlin, and Robert Champlin, being all the Brothers of the whole Blood of the said George Champlin, and to the intent that the said George Champlin spin in his Heirs and Assigns forever shall have, hold, seize and enjoy the said Lands and Tenements afore said in the Town of Smithfield in what any Contingencies or Encumbrances annexed there to We the said Christopher Champlin, Jo Champlin, Jose Champlin and Robert Champlin for divers good and valuable Considerations thereunto specially moving and for the further Consideration of the Sum of ten Pounds lawful money to the use and of the respective party payer the Execution hereof by said George Champlin of Newport aforesaid Merchant the Rec't witness) He and each of us do respectively to acknowledge and that each of us are therefore with full power intentionally’ contracted, paid, and Sold MOVE granted Bargain'd and sold released and confirmed and the said Christopher, Jo, Jose and Robert and each and every one of us, for ourselves and each and every one of our Heirs lawfully bequeathed all grant bargain sold, released and confirm unto the said George Champlin his Heirs and Assigns forever all the above described and mentioned Tenements, Appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof and all and our right Title, Off, Interest Estate however, and remainder of in and to said Premises, and of in and to every Part and parcel thereof with his and every one of their Appurtenances and all the Estate Right, Title and Demand which We, or either of us might or lawfully ought to have, or of us and said Premises now, or in any or part or Parcel thereof or whatever he or others at any time hereafter might, ought or could claim by force of said Their Testament herein giving granting and confirming the same part with the said George Champlin, his Heirs and Assigns, for fully amply and sufficiently to all Estate and whatever as the no Condition or Limitation had been annexed aforesaid Said George To have and to hold the aforesaid said Lands Appurtenances Estates, Demesnes and Remainders thereof together with all our Right Title Claim and Demand, which we now have or at any time hereafter have of said last Will and Testament, might ought or could have with the said George Champlin his Heirs and Assigns forever, to be and to then and them alone yourself, Heirs, and Assigns forever And We the said Christopher Champlin, Jo Champlin, Jose Champlin and Robert Champlin do.
