314 If the Court nominate and appoint Trueman Pyne Esqr, Mr John Hawesine and Mr Samuel [illegible] what Matters are justly due upon the Mortgage of the [illegible] to ascertain Sugar Shafters in Chancery to calculate the Compound Interest arising from the Time the Mortgage became due up to the present Course and make report to the Court as soon as may be: And upon the said stated Account paying into the Clerk's Office of the Court to and for the Use of the Opinee upon the said stated Account paying into the Clerk's Office of the Court to and for the Use of the Opinee the whole of the Amount with Principal and Interest that shall be due there on, then the then the whole of the Amount with Principal and Interest that shall be due there on, then the Mortgage shall be discharged. 218. from time and at all times forever hereafter by form and Virtue of the said Devise lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, enjoy, possess enjoy and enjoy the said described and bargained Demise with the Appurtenances free and clear. Furthermore I the said Jonathan Macember for myself, my Heirs Executors and Assigns do covenant and engage the above described Demise to forever the said Josiah Dee and his Heirs and Assigns against the lawful Claims or Demands of any person or persons whatsoever forever to warrant and defend by due Report Defend.
