202 To all People to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings. Know you, That I John Hall of Charlestown in Kings County, and State of Rhode Island Yeoman for and in the Consideration of the Sum of Ten Hundred Pounds to me in Hand paid by Graham Browning of said 303 bounded as followeth, beginning at a Stake & Stone, by a Highway, at being further Corner of a Lot, and Northward Corner of Gideon Burchard's Lands; from there North 86° E 12 Gunter & 14 Links to a Stake & Stone, thence East about 32 N 18 Chains to a Stake & Stone from thence South 19 Chains 6 Links & 69 Links to a Stake & Stone on Highway; from there Northwest Line to the first mentioned Corner, and is bounded Northly on Lake & [illegible] Burchard's Lands, Northly on Daniel Pabian's Lands, Easterly on Stephen Allen's Lands; and Southly on a Highway; The said Lot contains twenty Acres & more on the South side of a Highway; and is bounded as followeth, beginning at the North West Corner of the which is a Stake & Stone, at being the North Corner of James Lutter's Lands & the North Corner of the New Highway, and from there southerly to a Stake & Stone and boundedly on the [illegible] of the New Highway, and from there southerly to a Stake & Stone and boundedly on the [illegible] Lawton Lands, then running Easterly to a Stump & Stone bounded Southly on the [illegible] Johnson's Lands, thence Northerly to a Stake & Stone, and bounded Easterly on [illegible] the Johnson's Lands, Northerly to the first mentioned Corner, bounded Northly on [illegible] the Highway.
