243 To All People to whom these Presents Shall Come Greetings that I, Joseph Kingston Junior of Easttown in Kings County in the State of Rhode Island and Providence [illegible] for out of the Consideration of the Love and good will I have towards My Brother Witness Kingston of the same County and State person, have given Granted and Bargained and by these Presents Do absolutely Sell give and grant unto the sd William Kingston his heirs and assigns forever one Certain Tract or parcel of Land lying and situated Containing forty Seven acres and three Perches all in the same manner as Lots are Divided and bounded as follows Beginning at a White Maple tree Standing by the West Brook fence Running East 36 1/2 Side to a Large White oak thence South 30 E 69 1/2 [illegible] 77 1/2 rods to an Old Heap bounded southerly by the Grants of Late Isaac Smith South 45 E Eighty rods Three Perches bounded Northerly by the Lots of John Clarke and until it Come to a Beech Tree bounded Easterly by a Brook 85 1/2 rods thence North to the White Oak Brook fence bounded Westerly by the Brook to the first Mentioned White Oak To Have and to Hold all the above described grants and Bargains Premises with all the rights Privileges and appurtenances there unto the same or there to belonging to My self for His and His heirs only for His Benefit and behalf for Ever and unto the said Joseph Kingston
