193. To all People to whom these Presents shall come, Know ye, That I Joseph Stanton of Charlestown, in South County, in the Colony of Rhode Island, Yeoman, for and in Consi- deration of One Pound of Money, and more especially for the Goodwill and Mutual Affections which I have always borne to my Son Sandwich Stanton; Have and do by these Presents give, grant, release and absolutely grant, grant, release, convey and confirm unto my Son Sandwich Stanton and his Heirs forever, all that piece of land situated in Charlestown, lying and being in the Town of Charlestown after some yards containing With Old Road Eastward, Northly on Daniel Edwards, Northly further on Eli Gunman, a deputy on Edward Case; and Eastly and Southly on the Grantor To have and to hold the sd granted, and bargained and premises with all the Appurtenances, Privileges & Commons belonging to the same belonging, over any appointing to him the sd John Gingson their Assigns forever, to him and his heirs putt Roger Ule, Robert Foster junior, And the sd John Gingson Patt, my self my heirs Love Care Add, to convey, confirm and grant to and with the sd John Gingson the above and Assigns, that all and every the Premises hereof, Sum the fine sole and lawful Cause of the above bargained Premises, and conveniently lawful and justified of the premises my name Roger Ule, as a good root and absolute Quiet title in the Vineland, and have in my own Name, good right will privilege & power Lawfully to grant convey sell convey and in some the said land bargained Premises in Manner as aforesaid And that the said John Gingson, his Heirs and Assigns, shall and may from time to time and at all times possess however by peace and quiet of the sd Premises, lawfully securely and quietly have, hold use enjoy possess and against the sd bargained & bargained with, the Appurtenances and all others and any and legally, adequately, sequenced and discharged and of all manners of claims, of owners, or other Gifts, Grants Bargains, Leases Lege & Privileges etc. etc. Entirely forever Disquieted suppress’d or Inconvenience of what Name or Nature ever, that may result in any Manner to Degre obstruct or make void this present Deed Furthermore the sd Jarram Hall, solemnly will promise their Heirs and Assigns to warrant the above said Premises to him the sd John Gingson their Heirs and Assigns against the lawful Claims or Demands of any owners or Persons whatsoever forever to warrant same Depend, by their presents a And Forever That the wife of the sd Jarram Hall etc doth by Copants parts and willingly to grant quitclaim and surrender all the Rights of Dower & Dower of Lands of in and unto the above demised Premises in the said John Gingson their Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness Of the sd Jarram Hall’s Signature are here annexed Set the Seals & Seals this third Day of July anno the seventeenth Year of her Majesty’s Reign & Command the being George the Third of Great Britain etc. and in the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred & seventy four Signed Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of us James Hall Wm Booth Kings County Geo: In open court this was recorded the 17th of November Ad 1774 by L.
