To all People to whom these Presents shall come Greeting be it Knowne ye
That I Samuel Wording of the Town of Richmond, in King's County & Colony of Rhode Island
Yeoman for me and in Consideration of the Sum of Thirty One Pounds Five Shillings Tenpence lawful Money now
of me well and truly paid by Jeremiah Wording of Charlestown, in the County and Colony aforesaid
before the Commissioneres of said Court and the Premises whereof, I do hereby acknowledge myself
fully satisfied and sufficient paid and paid, and these and of every Part and Cause thereof relinquish
and discharge the said Jeremiah Wording, his Heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these
presents Have given granted bargained sold conveyed and confirmed unto the said
Jeremiah Wording his Heirs and Assigns forever one certain Piece of land situate lying
and being in Charlestown containing Seventy Acres and Thirty rods, and is bounded east
follows, Beginning at a Stake and Stone about at the South East Corner of ye land, Thence
North East then Eastward Corner, and by a Highway to a large Red Oak on
Penetrated River, by the Ridge until it hits Potter's Bridge, Thence Down Stream until comes to Stone
Wall bout to share or Rock in North River, Thence South West Degree East from thence to Claimer's
Tenancy for some to Lunkie to James Pringes's land, to a Heap of Stones, Thence North West Degree
East Eight Chains and a Stake by James Pringes's Land, to the first mentioned Beginning
To have and to hold the said granted and bargained Premises, with the Appurtenances
and all the other Appurtenances and Privileges to the said Jeremiah, or in any way appertaining
unto him the said Jeremiah Wording his Heirs and Assigns forever to him and to his only person
his Benefit and Relief And I the said Samuel Wording do for me, my Heirs Executors
Administrators covenant promise and grant to and with the said Jeremiah Wording his Heirs
and Assigns that before Mentioned the granting hereof I am the true Sole and the lawful Owner
of all the above born bargained Premises and am lawfully seized and possessed of the same in mine
own Right as of a good perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple And that I have in my
self good right to sell and dispose of the same in the Manner as aforesaid And that the said
Jeremiah Wording his Heirs and Assigns shall may and forever however, by force and virtue
of this Deed Premises lawfully peaceably and quietly have use enjoy benefit and enjoy the
same with the Appurtenances and Privileges free and clear, and as of right lawfully acquitted
conveyed and discharged of and from all and full Manner of tenures or other Grants
Bargains Leases Leases Letts Mortgages Entails Jointures Dowries Judgments Executions or
Incumbrances whatever I furthermore the said Samuel Wording for himself and his Heirs covenant
covenant and engage all the above granted Premises unto the said Jeremiah Wording his Heirs
and Assigns against the lawful Claims Instances or Demands of any Person or Persons whatever
forever happen to warrant Seize and defend And witness our Hands and Seals the Second Day of November in the Sixteenth Year of the Reign of

The above grant Deed was
recorded the 11th Day of July 1774
By Me the Regd. for the Town of [illegible] on a new book.

Richmond Decr 22nd A 1773
Then personally appeared the Subscriber, Samuel Wording, and
acknowledged the above and her giving Deed to be her voluntary Act
with her Hand and Seal thereunto affixed. Before me Robert Stanton Justice of the Peace
To all people to whom these presents shall come Elraim Hall of Providence, in the County
of Kings County and Colony of Rhode Island and Partner, do send Greeting Know ye That I the said Elraim Hall
for, in the Consideration of the Sum of ten Boy Dollars in Hand, before the Execution hereof well and sufficient paid to me by Samuel
& Christopher, in Kings County and Colony of Rhode Island and Partner, acknowledge that I do sell absolutely, myself
hereunto lawfully seized & seised reduced and possessed part and parcel and those of every part and Parcel thereof to convey assign,
and discharge unto Elraim Hall and his Heirs in Law Execution and nominate heirs forever by deed Pollent’s Honor
given granted bargained forged delivered sealed confirmed and confirmed, and by the said Elraim Hall, to be fully and
overtly bargained, given grant bargain paid, sell alien convey merge and confirm unto the said Elraim Hall, his
Heirs and Assigns forever, a certain Piece of Land situate lying and being in Blackstone aforesaid said certain
being in the Common Via Omnes the be the same more or less, bounded on the Northwest by [illegible] bounded beginning North
East Corner, on a Stake and Stone and thence about 17 rods running Northwesterly a straight Line to a Stake with Stone, bounded
bounded on the Southeast Elson Country a straight Line 17 rods to a Stake with Stone over which it runs 10
rods to the Northwest’s North Corner, from those boundaries on the Southeast by a Line to the North West boundary of the
Common.
To have and to hold the said granted bargained and conveyed premises, with all the Appurtenances thereunto
and connected to the same belonging or in any way appertaining however to the said Elraim Hall his
Heirs and assigns forever, to his heirs and assigns only proper assigns off’s Demise and Death forever. And I the said Elraim
Hall for myself, my Heirs, Executor, Administrator, do covenant promise and grant to and with the said
Hall his Heirs and Assigns, that at and before the Execution hereof I am the true and lawful Owner
of the above bargained Premises and that any lawfully forged and possessed of the same in my own over and
Right as a very good perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple. And have in my own right gave
and gave full force and Lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey and confirm the said land and
Premises in Manner as aforesaid. Furthermore Hall his Heirs and Assigns shall have and may have from Time
and at all Times forever hereafter, by me and my heirs Right of Habitation lawfully peaceably and quietly have
hold use enjoy possess and enjoy the said demised and Demise with the Reservation above mentioned’s use and
there purely and cleanly accepted requested and acknowledged and discharged of and from all Manner of sums or any Title
Grant Bargain Sale Entry Entry Mortgage and Impound with any Entry further Payment Government Execution or any
Claime, of what Manner Other from that my title to in any Manner or Degree either absolute or otherwise
this present Deed. Furthermore I the said Elraim Hall, for myself, my Heirs, Executor and
Administrator, do covenant and engage the above demised Premises to him the said Elraim
Hall his Heirs and Assigns, against the lawful Claims or Demands of any Person or Persons
whosoever
