give, grant, bargain, sell, alien and enfeoff & confirm, to the said Gideon Theory his Heirs and Assigns forever, all the Right Title, Interest Property, Claim and Demand which the said Robert Utter had to the aforesaid Tenement at the time of his making and executing the Deed for said void. And also all the Right Title & Interest Property Claim and Demand which we as Assignees as far as we might ought to have in or over the said Tenement. In Witness whereof we the said Elijah Emmanuel, and Isaiah have here unto set our hands and seals the Eighth Day of August 1783 Silas Gardner King's County [illegible] August 12 1783 Philip Clegg (S) Eber Sherman [illegible] Man. Capy (S) The above given Deed correctly appeared the within named of the person giving Deed Elijah Emmanuel Call and Isaiah [illegible] Beach Brown jun. [illegible] and presented the [illegible] by James Congdon Clk witnesses jun; before me Eber Sherman One of the Justices of the Peace and acknowledged to the within Instrument to be their Act & Deed Hand & Seal Eber Sherman To all People to whom these presents shall come Eber Crandall of Col. [illegible] in the County of King's County and, Colony of Rhode Island, in the Town of [illegible] send Greeting Whereas I the said Eber Crandall in and in consideration of the Sum of [illegible] and Value of [illegible] to me in hand, well and truly paid by said Some of the Sum Even County and Colony said aforesaid and Genuine the tenures hereof & body acknowledge and do by myself therefore fully seized contented and satisfied and paid full release relieved, and favor quitclaimed, and free Enfeoff to remise, release, relieve and forever quitclaim and confirm unto the said Elijah Theory and his Heirs and Assigns forever, all that Right Title & Interest Property Claim and Demand have over his but ample & law to and over a certain Real Estate [illegible] lying and being in County of [illegible] Col. [illegible] by Estimation Eighty poles by the Line from the north to the South [illegible] in the East and bounded by [illegible] and [illegible] by James Congdon Esq. To have and to hold, the said right [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] Tenement with any Acts and Deed and release from the said Elijah Theory his Heirs and Assigns forever, to be on upon [illegible] and Deeds and breach prove.
