To all People whom shall See these Presents, shall come Greeting. Know ye this 3rd
of June 1773.
Adame of Charlestown in the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island I am and
in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds lawful Money in Hand paid to me by John Harvey office
the said County and Colony above named, the Receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge my sufficient
and paid and in current spirit and earnest security, do hereby execute, assign and discharge to
the said John Harvey the Sum of Ten Pounds lawful Money in Hand paid to me. ALL my
certain right, title, interest, copyright and conveyance and confirmed conveyance of certain Lot of Land
lying in the town of Westerly in the said County of Kent in the Colony of Rhode Island
be the same known as Lot Number 8 situated in the Beginning the Beginning at the North West
corner of Lot number 8 and runs North West to the said John Harvey until it reaches the North line running North East
East by the North and then in Course North East to the North East corner of the Quarter Land called the
