(103) That Thk & Mary by forre and Virtue of their presents Lawfully Convey & convey for last and Last of the Stone with y^e Appurtenances free and Clear from all Manuer of former or Other their grants Bargains Sales Leases Mortgage: Liens or any other Incumbrances Whatsoever.
