358 And I the said Thomas S.Royce for myself my Heirs Executors and Admini strators do hereby Covenant with the saidForEach Clerks his Heirs and Assigns that I am well Seised of the aforesaid and summed with the part of the one half of said farm belonging to said Thomas agreed to the aforesaid last Will of Thomas S. Royce deceased and the Division and report of said Committee in per simple and that the same are encumbered free of all incumbrances Eight Thousand said Last Will and Testaments. And Rachel S. Royce wife of the aforesaid Thomas S.
