354 Know all men by these Presents that I Hezekiah Kingon of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island and for and consideration of the sum of [illegible] dollars to be paid of me in hand well and truly paid by John S. 355 Thence west by North on Thomas Narragansett Land and putter and her land, on the west side bounded on Indian lands, and on the South west on Indian land which comes to the fore side bounded on highway; meaning to include all the lands of formerly owned by William Wickes and Jonathan Tuppy in that manner. The said land contains 14 Acres more or less and is bounded on city road, south by the land of Samuel Stanton, east by the land of Samuel Stanton, and west by the land of Samuel Stanton on Indian land. To the same the said Smith had granted to him on the part of the parties to the General Assembly consisting of Daniel Babcock, by a deed dated April 18th 1811.
