341 Know All men by these Presents That we Thomas Clark and Joshua Clark of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island forward in Consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Dollars to us paid by Pardon Huston, Stephen Stanton, Stanton the Elderly and William Burdick all of Charlestown in the County and State aforesaid assign the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge to the said Pardon Huston Stephen Stanton Caleb Stanton William H Wing & William Burdick all together as one Tenure aforesaid of land lying and being in Charlestown aforesaid in the town of Any corner bounded on the East by Felicity colony on the North by Monday Burdick, William H Wing and Stephen Stanton on the South by Monday Burdick, Felicity on the North of land of tenure of Stanton & Stephen Stanton and Simon Clarke, Land running west to the Northward bounded on the East by the road as well as will be marked by a stone heap with the East end of the road. And to be it may be to the said Pardon Huston Stephen Stanton and Stanton the Elderly and William Burdick from the said Pardon Huston Stephen Stanton and Stanton the Elderly to William Burdick during the term of their Natural lives. And we the said Thomas Clarke and Joshua Clarke do Covenant agree with the said Pardon Huston Stephen Stanton, Stanton the Elderly and William Burdick that we and our sons and heirs shall and will and have good right and full power and lawful authority to sell convey the same or any part of it without any hindrance or dispute against the same owners of the said Premises.
