Curtis as said Premises Sheriff Deputy as aforesaid the by these Presents Bargain Sale assign Offer & Set over unto the said Hannah Sherman her Heirs Assigns for her Use All the Plots Lots Right Title Interest Property Privileges & Appurtenances and Bygaments Repair Regale of it & of all & every Singular the Premises above described unto the aforementioned at the times of each & every Continued Term of the original writ. To Have and to Hold all the said Granted Premises or Appurtenances to the said Hannah Sherman her Heirs and Assigns forever. In Witness whereof we the said Joshua B.
