9 I, HOWARD E. THORP of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to GEORGE R. FELLOWS and EDITH LANE FELLOWS, both of the City of Norwich, County of New London and State of Connecticut, as Joint Tenants, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS. A certain tract or parcel of land situated and being at Quonocontaug Central Beach, so called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Surfside Avenue at the southeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed and the southeasterly corner of other land of the said grantees; thence running northerly 115 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees and running easterly 15 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees and running southerly 115 feet; Thence running westerly 15 feet to the point and place of beginning. Meaning and intending to convey the entire copyhold of Lot #11 as shown and delineated upon a certain map or plat entitled, "Plan of Quonocontaug Central Beach, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Thorp & Throp, Engineer & Trans., Inc., dated December 24, 1952, Ross & Lewis, Engrs., New York, sealed September 10th, 1929." Said plat is recorded for filing in the Town Clerk's Office in said Town of Charlestown. In consideration of the purchase price it is mutually understood and agreed that the premises hereby conveyed shall be and become a part of lot #101 owned by the grantees and annexed adjoining said premises on the west and no buildings of any sort shall be erected, built, or ejected on the remainder of the parcel of land hereby conveyed; furthermore this conveyance conveys all privileges and easements appertaining thereto, rights, reservations, and covenants as are now in the line of the title. It is further covenanted and agreed that the said grantees and their successors and assigns, on or before the first day of August of each year, shall pay to the Quonocontaug Central Beach Fire District, its successors and assigns, on or before the first day of August of each year, shall pay to the Quonocontaug Central Beach Fire District, its successors and assigns, on or before the first
