316 To do them the said French Purchases and his heirs and assigns forever, to their own proper use and behoof. And I the said Dan King do formally resign my Claim on Quentin and all minorities hereton forward over to the said French Purchases their heirs and assigns that I am Samuel stating’s sole trustee in the said Purchases, and that they free from all government whatsoever, and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawful Claims of all person ones.
