316 To do them the said French Purchases and his heirs and assigns forever, to their own proper use and behoof. And I the said Don King do formally resign my claim Quenton and administrators forever concord with the said French Purchases their and assigns that I am Samuel stating’s safe in the full of the Premises, and that they free from all encumbrances whatsoever, and that I will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims of all person ones. Elder Durham or witness to collate, and on land now or’ belonging to Colonel Potter, while the lot contains four squares of wood, land bounded westly by land of Isaac Jordan western and partly by land of Richard Huggins northern Northly by land of Simon Sudell certainly bounded on south eastly. Given the same much be bounded as aforesaid and the said John A. Huggins and his heirs and assigns forever and release premises forever to the said John A.
