306. Provided Nevertheless these Premises are upon Conditions that if the said Mean Green and Dennis Green or Either of them, or their Heirs, Executors, Administrators successors or Assignees entitled of them Shall pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Elder Green or his Assigns on or before the twenty fifth day of March 1845 the sum of twenty Dollars, & other sums transferred in the twenty fifth day of May of March in Each & every year during her natural life, the sum of ten Dollars & ten cents during the residency of said Robt. G. Green in remainder full force. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals at Charlestown state of Rhode Island the 4th day of March 1834. Mean Green L.S. Dennis Green L.S.
