Provided Nevertheless these Premises are upon Conditions that if the said Mean Green and
Dennis Green or Either of them, or their Heirs, Executors, Administrators successors or Assignees entitled
of them Shall pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Padua Green or her Assigns on or before the
twenty fifth day of March 1895 the sum of twenty Dollars & interest thereon in the
same manner as the 1st day of March in Each & every year during her natural life the sum of
twenty Dollars was then by the preceding Deed paid she, her Heirs or Assigns in full force.

I Know by this that I Gardner Adrison of Lebanon in the State of Connecticut and
Mary Adrison my wife for the consideration of twenty four Dollars and
to my full satisfaction of paid Henry Boury of Charlestown within the State of
have remised Released and forever Desised and alienated unto the said Henry Boury
and his heirs people and with the said Gardner Adrison have entered into a Indenture
of the several parcels of Land situate in and Town of Charlestown containing the
four acres of Land the same or more of it and in the same form of the other
