300 Know all Men by these Presents that I Stephen Green of Warwick, County of Kent State of Rhode Island and Providence do for Consideration of the sum of four Thousand Dollars to me in hand paid before my sealing and delivering these presents Grant give and release unto the County of Washington in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island aforesaid indeed I do hereby acknowledge granted and confirmed with the full power authority validity extend and force to the hereby naming William and force and forever certain Indenture made unto the Dennis Green, and to his heirs and
