Know all men by these Presents that I Joseph Wilcox of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island & Providence Plantations for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Pounds and further consideratons paid from me by George S. Wilcox of Bristol and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby sell convey and Set over unto the said George S. Wilcox his heirs and assigns forever George Wilcox Sell convey unto the said George S.
