293 Know all Men by these Presents that I Dan Ping of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island to wit do give and convey and sell of my own free will and hundred Dollars to me in hand paid have granted bargained and sold to the said Augustus of the town County and state aforesaid with the Right undivided the hereby annexed body of land and that from time to time comfortably Contiguous and joined do hereby Annexed and joined Within the said town the said John M Congdon his heirs and Assigns forever all the Right the Property Claim and Interest that I have in one eighth part of a parcel of land lying in said Charlestown and is bounded as follows to wit Beginning on the North line of the first Parcel on said colony only on said boundary of Dan Cushing heirs running South by East forty rods to a white stake with a stone in it on the line of said Cushing land then running East forty thirty rods to a Whitey stone with stones on it then running South east by the direction of Station Brook downstream during forty five rods to a white post road then by and marked with rods to the first white post Line running South by East forton and two rods and your rods to the corner of a wall to wit to the North West to the with all the privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging and to the said Augustus and his heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold the
