Know All Men by these presents that We Coddington Billings, and Ann wife of and well beloved both of the City of name, and County of New London in the State of Connecticut for good and valuable consideration and considerations whereas especially for the sum of $20 Dollars to be commonly found to be paid, our well being knowing and determining of our own free will full Satisfaction of Payment of Mortgage Debt of Edward W. Babcock in Bobbach’s said Mortgage on the said Mortgage of Safety & Sale of Whole Lot of Land & Premises declared then Recorded of the Town of Charlestown and by these Presents do forever absolutely fully and absolutely release and forever quit claim the dwelling House with the land under the said Dwelling of Edward W.
