And I David Clarke wife of the said David Clarke for the Consideration done to me I do hereby give and surrender all my Right of Dower and Power of thirds of me and to the Devises described and Bargained and Conveyed to the said Will aman Hingman their Heirs and Assigns forever. N.B. Notwithstanding that the whole of the land conveyed to the said David Clarke doth not suffice to pay the sum of money due on the Bond placing on the void note.
