286 To him the said Oliver Conrad as his Heir and Assigns as an Absolute Estate of Inheritance in the Simple Fee simple, Any Right and Garden Warden for any all his heirs Executors and Administrators to Convey and transfer the above described Premises to the said Oliver Conrad and his Heirs and Assigns forever the all claims and demands of any person or persons whatever, forever Indemnified to Warrant Seisin thereof by him, Witnesses that said Sucy Worden wife of the said Garden Worden for the consideration of love and fidelity and warranty and Quiet Enjoyment of the Use and Command of her right House, Lot, and privilege of the said the said Garden Worden Premises with the said Oliver Conrad his Heirs and of fee simple --- In Witness whereof we have hereunto our hands and seals this 24th day of July in the year of our Lord D. 1831, and in the 54th year of the Independence of the United States. This Indenture of Lease made by and between this 30th day of August D. 1831 by and between certain Joseph Stanton of Charlestown in Washington County State of Rhode Island, G. Gentleman, of the one part; and Mullborough Stan ton and Albert H. Stanton the Sons both of said Charlestown Gentlemen of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Joseph Stanton does Lease to the said Mullborough Stanton and Albert H. Stanton on certain tract of parcel of Land with a Dwelling house thereon Stanton Estate in s Town of Charlestown containing by Estimation five acres more or less and is Bounded as follows Beginning at the Northward corner at heap of Stones three Running N 87 1/2 W 26 rods to a Pile’s to a stake with Stones about it; from thence by the Highway from thence by the Highway from thence N 87 1/2 E 14 rods to a heap of Stones from thence N 28 43 Rods to the first mentioned Stone heap. For and during the Term of the Natural life of them the said Mullborough Stan ton and during the Term of the Natural life of him the said Albert H. Stanton in consideration of then the said Mullborough and Albert paying to the said Joseph Stanton five Dollars each of them yearly to be paid on the 25th day of March Annually for and during the term of their Natural lives In Token whereof the said Joseph Stanton have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and Date first above written.
