234 KNOW all men by these Presents that I S. Fisher Bond of Charlestowne in the colony of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Yeoman In Consideration of the sum of three Hundred Dollars paid me by Samuel Gaert of Charleston in the County of Providence and State aforesaid before me the undersigned witness of the hereby acknowledge to hereby Give Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto the said Samuel Gaert his heirs and assigns forever One Certain Tract of land lying and being in Charlestowne in the colony of Washington and State aforesaid containing by Estimation One Acre but to the same more or less and bounded on the south by a road leading to the North side of Apponoxet Cove and bounded fully in land belonging to Augustus S. Dyer and bounded on the North side upon land belonging to Edward Dyer and on the North side upon land of William Card and on the East side upon land of Leonardo Dyer and otherwise or elsewhere in the same manner be bounded or reputed to be bounded To Have and to hold the said Ground and beyond Premises with the Privileges appertaining thereto to the said Samuel Gaert his heirs and assigns forever to him and appurtenances thereof to him and his heirs and assigns forever as I the said S. Fisher Bond covenant and agree that for myself my Heirs executors and administrators do covenant and agree that the said [illegible] shall have quiet possession of the said land and that I will and my Heirs executors and assigns warrant the same against all persons whomsoever I the said S.
