289 Know all men by these Presents that I Elisha Babcock now residing in Westerly County of Washington state Rhode Island and Providence [illegible] for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and five dollars paid to me in hand by the Person named below and whereas I have declared to be the sole heir of Richmond in said County and Babcock and the said Job Green on the Right whereof this Indenture witnesseth that I absolute State of Rhode Island Providence Plantations do grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Job Green Resident of the town of Westerly County and Commonwealth of Massachusetts the whole of the said Richmond and his Heirs and Assigns to hold and forever in full and lawful possession on the said land and all the rights thereunto belonging by Certainty by Estimation both by line and extent but more or less by the said more or less and as bounded as follows wit the beginning being at the stone and the said stone is the first boundary of
