I Know all men by these presents That I Henry S Hale of South Kingstown in
the county of Washington Woman, For and in Consideration of the sum of Eighty five
Dollars of lawful money of the United States paid to me by Solomon S Markley of said South Kingstown
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and confess have given Granted Sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant sell and convey unto the said Solomon S Markley his heirs
and assigns with the warranty of title and with the Warranty that He and his Assigns forever to have and
