Furthermore I the said Augustus Burdick do hereby grant my heirs their Heirs and Administrators successors Covenants and Engages the above Described Premises to the said Christopher G. Champlin his Heirs and Assigns against the rightful Claims or demands of person or persons whatsoever forever to warrant and defend by these Premises.
