182 Know All men by these Presents that I Digby Cross of Charlestown in the District of S.C. Administrator on the Estate of Browning Green Gen. Lot of Charlestown in the County of Washington Deceased by the Virtue of the Authority Vested in me by the Super ior Judicial Court of the State of Rhode Island at their October Term 1823. And empower ed by the direction of the Court of Probate of the town of Charlestown and for a good and Consideration of the sum of fourteen Dollars and 62 1/2 Cents to me in hand befalls the Possession and Delivery hence forth will and hereby grant sell and convey the whole Right purchase option of the in Washington County 26 Gownan the Wright Potter of a purchase option of the here by Conveyed and Sold on the 3 day of July 1827.
