To All People to whom these Presents shall come Greeting
Know that I James Burdick of Charlestown in the County of Washington State
of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations for and in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty
Dollars paid to me well and truly paid by and conveyed by Claus Wetherby of the same County and
State to have and to hold the Piece of land below described to be and belong to me and my heirs
and assigns forever and likewise I do hereby sell and convey of and every part of the said Piece of
land and the same aforesaid by these presents absolutely and forever unto the said Claus Wetherby his
heirs and assigns forever and discharge the said Claus Wetherby his heirs and assigns and permit
them to enjoy the Premises from any Claim of James Burdick beyond Sale and Assignment
