159 To all People to whom these Presents shall come Greeting I show that Benj amin Burdick of Charlestown in the County of Kent in the State of Rhode Island do hereby for and Consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Nine pounds ten shill ings paid to me in hand and truly paid before The Execution hereof by James Burdick of said town and County and State of aforesaid [illegible] on the Right white of Idea hereby acknowledge and state of aforesaid [illegible] with sufficient Consideration paid and of Every part of this Present Deed I do hereby grant and Bargain and Sell the said James Burdick his Heirs Executes and Assigns forever by these Presents given Grand Bargaining Sold all those Certain lands and tenements of the said James Burdick his Heirs and Assigns forever situated in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island as follows beginning at the whole land being about twenty Acres by estimation and bounded as follows beginning at the whole land being about twenty Acres by estimation and bounded as follows beginning at the Black stone which stands in the Southwest Corner from thence North East one chain & three links to a stake driven in stone from thence North East twenty four poles and sixty three links to a stake driven in stone from thence North East forty poles to a stake with boundary stones about it standing on the North side of Westlake's ground from thence westward bounding on said Pond southward about ninety rods to a boundary from thence westward bounding on the middle of said Brook about one hundred and one rods to a bound of Maple Trees standing on the East side of South Brook one long hundred about twelve rods from and bound from thence East 55 degrees South four chains and twenty hundred links to the Black stone which the same on the side with stones about it from thence a straight line to the first point mentioned & bounded. To me 1602 and To HOLD all the before granted and Bargained Premises with all the Appur tenances Privileges and Conveniences to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to the said James Burdick his Heirs and Assigns forever And I the said Benj amin Burdick for myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators devise and Convey to and Grant to the said James Burdick his Heirs and Assigns forever that all and lawful owner of the all before granted Premises and all the Privileges and conveniences appertaining to the same in manner as if the before granted Premises and all the Privileges and
