152 Know all men by these Presents that I Jonas S. Bickham of North Shoreham on the County of Newport State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Guardian of the Person and Estate of Sarah Bickham wife of Peter Bickham advance by the virtue of the Authority vested in me by a Special act of the General Assembly of the State aforesaid passed at the aforesaid Session October 1821 entitled an act for the Bickham Guardianship to sell certain Real Estate belonging to the aforesaid Sarah Bickham Guardian to the aforesaid Isaac King in the Town of Jamestown County of Newport and State aforesaid and pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid act of the Council of S. Newportshire, and pursuant to and in consideration of the sum of seventy Dollars in lawful Currency to me in hand before the Executing and Delivery hereof being all of the Money of the Estate of Sarah Bickham Guardian of the said Sarah Bickham and the Money for which the Estate of the aforesaid Sarah Bickham Guardian was sold and conveyed to me as her Guardian in name and Capacity of Guardian
