144. KNOW ALL Men by these Presents, that we Benjamin Berry and Phebe Berry his wife, both of Richmond in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for the Consideration of Stephen Dollars to us paid by George H. Berry of Charlestown in the County aforesaid, and agree and promise the Receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, these Premises, that we Benjamin & Phebe Berry [illegible] and do by these Presents remise release and forever surrender unto the said George H. Berry the Property known as Berry's Farm situated in the County aforesaid, on the Eighth part of, undivided piece of land called the Old Berry's farm lying in Charlestown in the County of Washington containing about three hundred Acres more or less and bounded as follows: East by [illegible] North East by land of [illegible] North by the common way or road and West by land of [illegible] South East by land of [illegible] North West by land of the [illegible] the boundary line described above to the old Meeting House boundary line and on the [illegible] of the farm at [illegible] to George Berry late of Charlestown which land and the said George H.
