141 Know all men by these presents That I Thomas Webster of South Kingstown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in Consideration of the sum of seventy Dollars paid me by Thomas Webster and wife of South Kingstown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations aforesaid Ye receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge to be paid me’s Goods Drapery &c Sold and conveyed and confirmed and by these presents Do bargain Sell Convey and confirm forever unto the said Thomas Webster and wife for the aforesaid Sum of seventy Dollars all that piece of land situated in the town of South Kingstown in the County of Washington in the state of Rhode Island Which land lying in the said town consisting of several parcels of land
