KNOW all Men by these Presents that I James Dunn of Stonington in New London County
for divers good and just causes and Considerations Witnesseth that I promise specially for one Dollar received to
pay any full satisfaction of Eunice C. Atwell of Charlestown County of Washington & Sole Heirs of all & Heirs
who have remained Released and forever Discharged and ended by me James Dunn for recovering their
right fully & absolutely removing Devises and powers Dispositions within the said summons James P[illegible] to
the use of and Appertaining all such Right or Title or Interest in the said farm James Dunn have disposed of or have
to dispose of in a full and absolute right of Land & Buildings situated in the town of Charlestown bounded on the
[illegible] by a stone wall and on the East by the lands of Stephen Browning on the South by the
(189) [illegible] and on the North by the salt Marsh and lands of Joseph & John Gorton of said town
and the remaining parts of the said farm James Dunn and the same were to indemnify free from
all claims having the Boundaries as granted to Thomas P. Atwell.
And I do here and by the aforesaid document guarantee unto the said James P[illegible] and
to their Heirs and assigns to the only use and behalf of the said Lev. Dunn & his assigns forever so that
notwithstanding I will the said James Dunn with my heirs my Sir Administrators or any one that may
in my behalf & behalf heirs be all further Claims or demands and any Right to the said farm in any same
manner howsoever and that every one of their Rights shall be by these Presents be Abplicated and forever banned.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11th day of Dec Anno Domini

Washington for the Consideration of Ten Pounds in legal currency Dollars paid by me Benjamin Gorton
of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the sum of ten fully paid and sufficient and
gave and granted and Sold Conveyed and confirmed All that piece of the premises to the said George Gorton and
