127 Know all Men by these Presents That I Joshua Card of Charlestown in the County of Washington, State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, spouse, In Con- sideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars paid me by Peter Stokes of North Kingstown in the County of the aforesaid Province, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge by these presents And for other good and valuable consideration I do grant bargain sell and convey to the said Peter Stokes his heirs and assigns forever a certain lot or piece of Land situated in Charlestown in the County and State aforesaid being part of the said Joshua Card's land of 10 acres bounded as follows viz The boundary on the North is bounded by the land of [illegible] and on the East by the land of [illegible] and on the South by the land of [illegible] bounded on the North by the land of Joseph Berry (a corner nail) and on the East on the south west corner by [illegible] and Jonathan [illegible] on the west on a line of the East road and lines and corners of the premises and Boundaries common with the said Peter Stokes and to hold to have and to hold the said Peter Stokes his heirs and assigns forever, and appurtenances thereunto
