Know all men by these Presents That I S. Isaac Saunders of Glocesterburgh in the
County of Providence State of Rhode Island and have Received of Zebulon Holmes of Charles
town County of Washington State of Rhode Island the full Sum of 40 Westron
Dollars and Thirty Three Dollars and Thirty Three Cents in full Satisfaction of a
Debt and Mortgage Deed made by the said Henry Holmes and his Heirs to Insurance
Saunders for the Extent of his Debt during his Natural Life and after her to the
said Isaac Saunders for void term and is Registered in the fifth Book of
said Isaac Saunders for void term and is Registered in the fifth Book of
Mortgages Page 48 of the County of Washington of ages 1823 The current
of the Balance in void Consideration of above Mortgage Deed Which by this Indenture do
